Baltimore, MD - March 2022—Harborside Group, an investment sales and marketing firm specializing in intermediary distribution for asset managers, is pleased to announce that the firm will provide sales and marketing services to the newly launched Cromwell Funds, a fund family within Total Fund Solution, the asset management industry’s most comprehensive series trust.
Cromwell launched in March 2022 with two mutual funds renamed as the Cromwell CenterSquare Real Estate Fund and the Cromwell Marketfield L/S Fund. Both Funds have a long track record, and each will retain the same portfolio management team. With the fund adoption by Cromwell Investment Advisors, CenterSquare Investment Management and Marketfield Asset Management will serve as sub-advisors to their respective funds.
The creation of the Cromwell Funds provides high-quality managers with the opportunity to focus on their core business lines and allows Cromwell to provide advisory, compliance and distribution services to grow the Fund’s asset base. As a related party to Cromwell, Harborside is responsible for all distribution aspects of the Cromwell Funds including national account relationships, the numerous Advisor channels, consultant relationships and comprehensive marketing services.
